More printer options, literally: everything below can be retrofitted to any MorePrinter press built since 1994. Our service technicians quote install time honestly — if a retrofit needs a day it gets a day, not a marketing “two hours”.
Duplicate start/stop stations for each operator position, with two-hand safety circuit. Eliminates the “walk back to the main panel” that quietly costs a cylinder press about 200 pieces per shift on turret changes. Includes cycle counter with per-station attribution — most customers find this feature alone pays for the module within a quarter, usually by settling an argument between shifts.
Real-time readout of flood stroke speed and pressure at each station, trended on the panel. Developed after one too many customers phoned about “the machine printing differently on nights” — which it was, because flood speed drifted with ink temperature and nobody could see it. The display makes drift visible before it makes scrap.
Camera-based registration to front-and-back marks, taking mechanical tolerance from ±0.05 mm to ±0.02 mm. Worth it on multi-colour cylindrical work above two colours; genuinely unnecessary below that, and we will say so on the call.
High-speed indexer conversion for MP-4500 (3,600 iph from 2,700 iph), servo conversion kits for pre-2009 carousels, and variable flood/print ratio control. Drive components come from three suppliers, all stocked in Aschaffenburg.
The parts that wear are the parts we stock. Squeegee holders, flood bars, gripper fingers, indexer cams, panel bulbs, filters. Order by 14:00 CET and anything in stock leaves the same day; the online catalogue for registered machine owners lists part numbers with exploded diagrams.
