Home › Machines › MP-4500 Series
Our flagship for cylindrical and slightly tapered containers: bottles, tubes, cups and drums from 20 mm to 340 mm diameter. In production since 1985, current generation 2026, same cast base philosophy the originals used.
The MP-4500 is the press we build when a customer says “the other machine can’t hold registration over a full shift.” It is not the cheapest press in its class and we have stopped pretending it will be. What it does hold is ±0.05 mm registration mechanically over an eight-hour run, with real ink, at room temperature that nobody controlled. New in 2026: optional cycle start modules at each operator station and the flood speed display — both retrofittable to earlier machines (see Options & Parts).

Specifications subject to change; your quotation is the binding document. Cycle rates measured with real ink on real parts at our test facility — not with a stopwatch and optimism.
Schematic side view, mm. Enough for floor planning; the GA drawing in your quotation set is the one your structural engineer will want.

Send us your part drawing (even a sketch with the critical dimensions marked) and your annual volume. A sales engineer — a human one — replies within five working days, usually with questions, because a quotation we can both defend takes a conversation.
